Sobriety Support Group
Bastion offers a peer-led veteran sobriety support group every week. Drop-ins are welcome. The only prerequisite is a desire for a sober lifestyle at this time.
Guided Meditation
Join us for a 30 minute Guided Meditation session with Bastion's social work team. *This weekly offering is currently replacing TRE (tension/trauma releasing exercises). Stay tune for updates regarding TRE's return.
