This circle is hosted by a Bastion resident in Bastion's Purple Heart Room. Miss Sylvia, our resident chef, hosts this event twice per year. The event will include gospel karaoke, a community meal, fellowship amongst women, and a closing prayer.

Join our Bastion veteran community at 11am for this inclusive, adaptive yoga class with instructor and wellness advocate Julie Holman! This movement class takes place during our Headway programming schedule and can be adapted for wheelchair users and participants with other mobility needs. Please BYO yoga mat if possible. All are welcome.
Weather permitting, community members meet at Bastion to walk, run, or ride around our Gentilly neighborhood. Walkers, runners, joggers, bike riders, wheelchair users all welcome - the more the merrier!
