DESCRIPTION:Join Bastion’s occupational therapy team for a free educational wellness series\, every Monday from June 17 through July 22. \nEach week will tackle different topics around wellness\, self-care\, and holistic health. Participants will be empowered with the tools\, strategies\, and education to adopt healthy habits and learn more about best practices for taking care of yourself. \nSessions will begin at 11am\, followed by lunch for all participants at 12pm. This series is free and open to the public! All are welcome regardless of veteran status. \nHygiene: Clean Bodies = Happy Minds (July 8): Did you know that hygiene can be fun? Hygiene can also be called self-care\, which means when we have good hygiene\, typically we feel good too. Join us to make bath bombs and showers steamers. Let’s turn hygiene back into self-care and relaxation.
