DESCRIPTION:Bastion offers a peer-led veteran sobriety support group every Wednesday. Drop-ins are always welcome. The only prerequisite to participate is a desire for a sober lifestyle at this time. Examples include yoga\, tai chi\, meditation\, and TRE (Tension/Trauma Releasing Exercises).
